Mobile Perfume & Cologne Making Workshop

Let us come to you to create an unforgettable two-hour experience where you and your guests will learn the art of perfume and cologne making. Our workshop is designed for men and women of all levels and is perfect for beginners!

During the workshop, you'll explore an array of aromas and learn about the different types of fragrance families. You will be expertly led through the process of blending aromas to create a custom scent that's uniquely yours. You'll leave with a personalized 10 mL perfume bottle you can proudly wear and show off to your friends and family.

If you have a group of 12 or fewer and would like a lower cost alternative, you can book a private workshop at our location in Miami! 

Location & Setup 

We are able to setup at the indoor location of your choice. We cannot setup outdoors, even if there is an awning, cover or tent. Our products must be kept away from sunlight, wind makes it incredibly difficult to perceive smell and lastly we cannot risk poor or uncomfortable weather disrupting the event. 

We provide all of the materials needed for your guests to create a perfume, but you must provide stable tables, chairs and any table covers that you wish you use in order to protect your table from damage due to spills. 

We must be able to enter the space 45 minutes before the start of the workshop to setup for the event. At the end of the workshop, we will need 45 minutes to breakdown and return the space to the standard in which we found it. 

Workshop Format Only 

Please keep in mind that this will be in a workshop or class format, which means that all participants will need to be seated on time and available to participate for two continuous hours. Each participant will need to create their own perfume themselves under the guidance of the host. 

We do not offer a perfume bar, where guests can come up in intervals and have a perfume made for them by a perfumer. We are not able to accommodate requests for anything outside of the workshop format. 

If there are participants who have special circumstances that prohibit them from being able to physically create their own perfume, it is important  that you assign those tasks to another participant who can assist them, as the host must be available to engage with all participants equally. 

Policies & Restrictions

The minimum age to participate is 12 years and participants under the age of 18 must have a participating adult with them at all times.

Nonrefundable. As a one-time courtesy, you can reschedule your workshop up to 72 hours before the start time, at no cost, by emailing us. You may review our refund/rescheduling policy here. 

Each participant is entitled to one 10 mL bottle of perfume. Perfume cannot be made on behalf of guests who paid, but were unable to attend the class. 

If you booked and need to add extra guests, you may do so up to 48 hours before the start of your reservation by emailing us.

Payment

In order to book a mobile workshop, your reservation must be made using the booking calendar at the top of this page. Full payment must be rendered in advance. A reservation is only confirmed once you have completed checkout and received confirmation that your payment has been submitted. We do not accept checks or money orders and we are unable to hold a date without full payment. 

What if we don't have 17 to 25 participants?

If you have fewer than 17 participants, that's perfectly fine! Whether you choose to bring five people or ten people, $1200 is the base price for a mobile workshop (Miami-Dade). You can also book a private workshop at our location in Miami if you have 12 or fewer participants.
