Shipping
We only ship within the United States. Due to its flammability, perfume may only be shipped via ground transportation.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your items have been shipped. Ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address during checkout and monitor the progress of your shipment, in the case that the shipper notifies you and requires a response or action on your part.
All of our products are made in small batches and/or customized. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your order to be processed and dispatched.
Returned Packages
The customer is responsible for return shipping in the event that a package is returned due to us due to it being undeliverable.
Shipment Delays & Lost Packages
Sometimes, a package may take longer than predicted to arrive and even appear to be transiting backward and away from your destination. These issues almost always work themselves out and as a result, we require a 14-day waiting period from the date of shipment before investigating further into the shipment process.
If the carrier loses your package, we will replace the package for you at no additional charge. Please note that a returned package or a package that is marked as "delivered" in the tracking system, is not considered a lost package.
