Refund policy

All purchases are final and nonrefundable. We do not allow exchanges or returns.

*Please note that our workshop on September 6, 2025 is our final workshop of the 2025 season and it cannot be rescheduled. 

Bookings made on third-party websites are not eligible to be rescheduled. Workshops booked directly through www.fragrancemasterclass.com can be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the start time as a one-time courtesy by emailing us in advance.  

You must email us prior to the start of your workshop in order to qualify to reschedule your workshop. Missed workshops will be forfeited and must be rebooked at the full price as they are ineligible for rescheduling.

If you wish to reschedule your workshop less than 72 hours before the start time or you wish you reschedule a workshop that was previously rescheduled, you will be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee per person for a public workshop or a $200 flat rescheduling fee for a private workshop. 

Workshops are subject to availability and we make no guarantee your ideal date or time will be available. All workshops must be rescheduled to a date that falls within 30 calendar days of the original workshop date. 

Individual participants who are unable to attend a private group workshop will not be able to reschedule independently of the group or have perfumes made for them in their absence.

Damaged Items 

We are happy to replace items damaged items! If you receive items that are damaged or broken during the shipping process and would like a replacement, follow the instructions below, and send us an email with the three photos attached. This must be done within 14 days from the delivery date indicated via the tracking number.

  1. The first photo must be of the damaged product. Example: broken perfume bottle.
  2. The second photo should be of the product packaging. Example: branded perfume box.
  3. The third photo should be of the shipping container. Example: cardboard box with the shipping label attached to it.

Class Cancellation Due To Weather (In-Person Workshops)

If the workshop is canceled due to extreme inclement weather, such as a hurricane or tornado, all guests will be offered the option to receive a full refund or reschedule at no charge. Our decision to cancel a workshop is based on data provided by the National Weather Service. 

If a customer elects to forgo their participation because they would prefer to avoid unsavory weather, such as heavy rain, but the workshop is not canceled, our policies regarding refunds/rescheduling apply.
